Soft with stretch! Love this! Hi, I bought this to go over dressy sleeveless dress to hide my arms and yet still allow me to be comfortable and cool. I am 5’7″ and 146 lbs, usually wear a medium, and ordered this in medium. Quite stretchy! see my middle photo. This is very soft and light; not scratchy at all.
